- Ser_ will accept returns and exchanges on non-clearance, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered or defective items with tags still attached within 7 days of receipt of item. (Customer service must be contacted within 7 days from the delivery date of the item.)
- Returns are eligible for a full refund (minus shipping cost & 10% restocking fee) in the form of store credit.
- Exchanges for same product, different size will be honored upon availability of product.
- Any items discounted at 30% off or more, are considered clearance and are NOT returnable or exchangeable in any way, they are final sale.
- Ser_ is not responsible for orders not claimed within 7 days of receipt.
- For Returns/Exchanges, contact customer service by emailing order number and product number to infoshop@serboutic.com.
- Shipping rates vary and will be calculated at checkout.
- Orders are processed and shipped out on Mondays-Fridays.
- If an order is placed after 2 PM CST on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays, it will be 1-3 days before the order is processed
